The Design Practice, Methods or Vignette Proposal must be submitted as a single PDF file via the PCS submission system by January 7, 2009.

The proposal must follow the Design Proposal Template

The proposal will be reviewed by the Design Community review committee. It should not exceed 4 pages, and should include images, still video captures, diagrams and any visualization that will help reviewers to best understand your contribution. The proposal must describe your contribution through the following categories:

• Overview
• Keywords
• ACM Keywords

Objectives

Please describe the objective and goals of this work, how it was initiated and what the intended outcomes were.

Process

Describe the development process, who was involved, time frame, challenges, etc.

Key Findings

What did you learn along the way? What are the key take-aways from this work?

Results/Impact

What is the overall impact of this work? What effect has it had on industry/academia/the world? How does this work advance the state of Design and the role that designers play in shaping the world?
